Head Coach Vladan Milojević picked two out-and-out strikers in his starting eleven and it gave the fans a glimpse of Boakye - Pešić partnership.
Home team was set up to attack and try to hurt Zvezda, which is seldom seen in the Superliga. After 15 minutes the match got going and Zvezda were presented a chance from the spot after a rather soft penalty decision. Aleksandar Pešić escaped his markers and ended up on the ground. Richmond Boakye made no mistake as he converted the penalty to make it 1-0 to the red-and-whites.
There were chances for Srnić, Pešić and Radonjić, but the brake came with Zvezda holding a slender lead.
But the Belgrade team was out of sight as early as 54 minutes, as shaky Radnik defence allowed three goals in just four minutes. Donald slotted home before a calamitous own goal by Pejčić effectively ended the contest.
Slavoljub Srnić maintained his rich spell of form as he made it 4-0 on 54 minutes.
And Richmond Boakye left the best for last ah he latched onto a long clearance to chip Čančarević from just outside the box with a clever kick.
The team looked good without the Injured Branko Jovičić and all the players wore t-shirts with messages of support for Branko before kick-off.
Next up for Vladan Milojević's men is a home match against FK Bačka on Sunday.
